The mission of She 3 is built around empowering women of all ages. To provide the growing tools, support, and a voice to become successful. 

She 3 strives to enhance the lives of women through workshops, conferences, and events that serve to inspire individual advancement by fostering healing, courage, confidence and personal development. 

Honesty, Integrity, Respect and Gratitude are the Core Values of She 3. And the goal of She 3 is for every woman that chooses to invest in herself through She 3 will reflect these core values through increased self-love, growing confidence, courage and the drive and understanding that SHE can succeed at HER truest dreams on HER terms. 

The Nehemiah Community Project

The Nehemiah Community Project is a 501(c)3, a non-profit organization that was founded to serve the residents of the Maywood, IL proviso township and its surrounding areas. The ability to provide comprehensive social services that will meet the needs of this underserved community is needed in a dire way. NCP focuses on forming strong partnerships with state, county, and local entities as well as faith leaders, hospitals, legislators, and other community leaders.

Michelle McKinnie

Michelle McKinnie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Trauma Specialist and holds a Master's Degree in Community Counseling as well as hundreds of hours of continuing education on topics that range from Trauma, CBT, DBT, Exposure Therapy, Anxiety, Depression, etc. Michelle is a seasoned presenter at Harold Washington College for the Child Development cohort. She has also been a repeated presenter for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) on various topics related specifically to Mental Health and Self-Care for Professionals.
